It was a successful first day at ProPak Vietnam 2018 and Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2018 where the combined event welcomed 3654 visitors and 185 group delegations across industries and regions who were interested in many of the technologies and services on display at the exhibition halls. This year’s combined event is the largest on record, covering 1200sqm of exhibiting space spread across the entire SECC main and expanded halls. The exhibition also hosted more than 200 delegates to the technical sessions held on the first day at the show.

The last day of ProPak Vietnam and Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2018 concluded on a very positive note. The number of trade visitors reached 2385 with praises for the conferences, seminars and the wide range of exhibits. Visitors to the event grew a healthy 8,1% from the previous exhibition.

Vietnam’s construction plastic industry now sees a bright future
Vietnam construction sector has the third highest growth rate in Asia in 2015 and continues to grow in 2016 and following years. BMI forecasts that the growth rate of Vietnam's infrastructure sector in 2016 will be 9.85%, with an average annual growth rate of 6%, in the period of 8 years from 2016 to 2024.
